Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Trust by UX. By purchasing or applying for any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Services
Trust by UX provides website conversion and user experience analysis services, including the Homepage Trust Fix, Booking Conversion Audit, and Deep Insights research.
All services are advisory in nature and deliver insights and recommendations based on professional expertise, behavioural psychology and UX evaluation methods.

2. Delivery
The Homepage Trust Fix is delivered within 72 hours of purchase and receipt of all required information.
Full audits and research services are delivered within the timeframe confirmed at the point of application or onboarding.
Timelines are contingent on the client providing accurate and complete information promptly. Delays in providing required information may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information where required, including website URLs, relevant business context, or any materials specified during onboarding.

4. Results
All recommendations are grounded in professional expertise, established UX principles and behavioural psychology research.
Trust by UX does not guarantee specific business outcomes including increased bookings, revenue or conversion rates, as these depend on implementation quality and external factors beyond the scope of this service.

5. Payment
All services require payment in full before work begins unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or such other provider as may be used from time to time.

6. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the nature of advisory and digital services, refunds are not issued once work has commenced.
Trust by UX stands behind the quality and practical value of every deliverable. If, after receiving your report, you feel the insights are not clear or actionable, please make contact within 7 days of delivery. In the first instance, additional work will be carried out to address your concerns at no extra charge.
Where concerns cannot be resolved through further work, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered at the discretion of Trust by UX. This is assessed on a case by case basis and does not apply where recommendations have been implemented or shared with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property
All reports, materials and insights delivered remain the intellectual property of Trust by UX unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are licensed to use delivered insights internally for the purpose of improving their own website and business operations. Any external use, including sharing with third party agencies, publishing, or reproducing insights in any public format, requires prior written permission from Trust by UX.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Right to Refuse Service
Trust by UX reserves the right to decline or discontinue any application or engagement at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Where payment has been made and work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued.
